Appearance: Dragon Well tea leaves are flat and sword-shaped
Flavor: it is often described as mellow, sweet, and nutty. It has a subtle, lingering vegetal aroma and a slightly roasted beans undertone.
Processing:Longjing tea is non-fermented tea. Dragon Well tea is meticulously hand-processed. The leaves are pan-fired in large woks to halt oxidation, which is why it's considered a green tea. This process helps to preserve the tea's vibrant green color and fresh flavor.
Health Benefits: Dragon Well is rich in antioxidants, particularly catechins, which are believed to have various health benefits, including potential cardiovascular and anti-inflammatory effects.Diuretic, antibacterial, reducing fire, inhibiting arteriosclerosis.

Brewing method:

1、Boil water to around 176°F (80°C) and let it cool for a minute to achieve the ideal temperature for Longjing tea.
2、Place 2-3 grams of Longjing tea leaves into a clean, transparent glass cup.
3、Gently pour the hot water into the glass, covering the tea leaves. Allow them to steep for about 2-3 minutes.
4、As the tea leaves unfurl and release their flavor, you can observe the beautiful dance of the leaves in the glass.
5、After the steeping time is up （2-3 mins), or you can simply sip the tea (brewing with a glass cup or using a fair / gongdao cup to brew it), allowing the leaves to settle at the bottom before drinking it.
6、Enjoy the delicate and refreshing taste of your Longjing tea brewed in a glass cup. Remember, you can usually steep Longjing leaves multiple times, so feel free to experiment with steeping times to find your preferred strength. Enjoy!
